The beginning of work of Sistematika, which is the subsidiary of the stock company Achema, is closely related to the history of this stock company and the time when in 1964 there was established an automation subdivision in the then enterprise Azotas. The automation department was growing together with the whole enterprise and in 1999 it was restructured into the separate branch of the stock company Achema and named Sistematika.
The activity of the subsidiary has not changed substantially during these four decades, that is why much experience has been gained and the harmonious and highly trained staff has been rounded up. At present, around 155 highly trained experts work in the subsidiary Sistematika. Modern and ultimate equipment in the laboratories and material facilities allow the successful competition with the enterprises of the analogical field implementing multiplex projects and participating in different contests of projecting, mounting, launching, tune-up, and maintenance of the automatic systems of technologic processes.
The subsidiary Sistematika provides the services to the enterprises of different industries: chemicals, fertilize manufacture and transport, building material manufacture, food industry, light industry, thermal energetics, water cleaning economics, and others.
The quality of the services of the subsidiary Sistematika is ensured with the implementation of the quality and environmental management standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001. At present the subsidiary Sistematika is located in Jonava, Klaipėda and Šiauliai.
